Giovanni Azzone was born in Milan in 1962. He graduated in Master of Science, with Honors, in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano. Since 1994 he has been Full professor of Management Control Systems at Politecnico di Milano; he was nominated Vice Rector in 2002 and he was elected Rector in 2010 (til december 2016).

He is author/co-author of several papers in national and International Journals and conferences.

Since february 2016 he has been President of Arexpo and in april he became an independent member of the board of Poste Italiane.

In september 2016 he also became the Project Manager of “Casa Italia”, the national program for earthquakes' disaster prevention established by Italian former Prime Minister Matteo Renzi.

Giuseppe Bonomi was born in Milan in 1958, he’s a lawyer.

He was President of Sea since february 1997 til august 1999, company in which he’s been also member of the Board. He returned to Sea as President and CEO in november 2006 until june 2013.

From 2003 to 2004 he served as President of the Italian airline company Alitalia and later also of Eurofly til 2006.

He was member of the Board of Anas and Vice President of Assaeroporti.

He was Secretary General and Managing director of Region Lombardy Presidency from febryary 2015 to march 2016, date on which he was nominated CEO of Arexpo.

Marco Carabelli was born in Milan in 1972. He got his degree from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Economics and Business.

After few work experiences in the private sector, in 2000 he took office in Region Lombardy Presidency. In 2006 he was nominated Balanced and programming Director and 4 years later he was promoted to Deputy Secretary General.

Since april 2016 he’s been working as Managing Director of Arexpo.
